Beaut-AI app privacy policy
Last updated: 4 October 2026
This policy covers the Beaut-AI app at review.beaut-ai.co.uk, which Beaut-AI (LeanCo Ltd, 1B Sparrow Lane, Knutsford WA16 8ED, United Kingdom) provides to the businesses it works for. Our general privacy policy covers everything else.
Google account data
If you connect your Google account to Beaut-AI, we ask Google for permission to read the files in your Google Drive. We use it for one thing: to bring the photos and videos in the folder you choose, and the folders inside it, into your Beaut-AI library, so we can design your social media posts around your own pictures. We never change, move or delete anything in your Drive, and we do not read any other folder for any other purpose.
We also see your Google account's email address, so we know which account is connected.
We store a copy of the photos and videos we bring in, and a key that lets us check your folder for new ones each night. The key is held on our own server, readable only by our software. Your photos are used only for your own business's posts and are never shared with or sold to anyone else, used for advertising, or used to train AI models.
You can disconnect at any time from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or by asking us. When you disconnect, we can no longer read your Drive. Ask us and we will delete the photos and videos we brought in.
Beaut-AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
