The £399 is our management fee only. Your Meta and Google ad spend is separate, paid on your own ad accounts and billed directly to you by Meta and Google. We never bill you for media, and you set the caps.
Prices shown are your Beaut-AI fee. You keep your own platform accounts (Shopify, email, domain, ~£40/mo, mostly things you already pay for). The setup fee is spread interest-free over 12 monthly instalments, or pay it upfront for 10% off. That instalment plan is the only 12-month commitment: the monthly management fee has no minimum term and stops on 30 days’ notice. Multi-location pricing is per extra site, your website and marketing are never charged twice; you only pay for each branch’s diary, staff, till and reporting.
A part-time receptionist on twenty hours a week costs roughly £1,200 a month, before employer National Insurance, and goes home at five. Beaut-AI Core is £249 a month and runs 24 hours a day.
If Beaut-AI isn't answering and booking your clients properly by day 90, we refund every setup instalment you have paid, cancel the rest, and you walk away. No argument. The monthly fee has no minimum term either way.

How this is worked out
Missed calls a day × days open a week, plus after-hours enquiries a week, gives enquiries missed in a week. That is multiplied by 52/12 for a month, then by the share you said book elsewhere, then by your average booking value. Every step is listed above and updates as you move the sliders.
