About us. This site and our services are provided by Shane Ellams, trading as Beaut-AI (sole trader), Suite 105, Fence House, Fence Avenue, Macclesfield, Cheshire, SK10 1LT.

Our services. We build and manage AI automation systems for businesses. The scope, fees, term and deliverables of any engagement are governed by the separate service agreement between you and us. Information on this website is general guidance and does not itself form a contract.

Website use. You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or reproduce its content without our permission.

Intellectual property. The platform, its underlying systems, and the Beaut-AI brand remain our property. Your own business assets and data remain yours.

Your responsibilities. Where we act on your behalf (for example, managing your marketing or messaging), you are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate and that your use complies with the laws and regulations that apply to your business.

Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in your service agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
