If Beaut-AI isn’t answering and booking your patients properly by day 90, we refund every setup instalment you have paid, cancel the rest, and you walk away. No argument. The monthly fee has no minimum term either way.
Prices are your Beaut-AI fee. You keep your own platform accounts (~£40/mo). The setup fee is spread interest-free over 12 monthly instalments, or pay it upfront for 10% off. That instalment plan is the only 12-month commitment: the monthly fee has no minimum term and stops on 30 days’ notice. Multi-location pricing is per extra site, your website and marketing are never charged twice; you only pay for each branch’s diary, staff, till and reporting.
