Refund policy

Beaut-AI provides bespoke AI automation systems and ongoing management as a service to businesses. We do not sell physical products, so standard goods-return rules do not apply. The following governs setup fees and subscriptions; full terms are in the service agreement you sign before we begin.

Our 90-day guarantee. If Beaut-AI is not answering and booking your clients properly by day 90 after go-live, tell us. We will refund every setup instalment you have paid, cancel any instalments still to come, and you can walk away. There is no minimum term to serve out.

Before go-live. Your setup fee covers building your system. We do not consider it delivered until your system is live and working to the scope we agreed. If we are unable to deliver a working system to that scope, we refund your setup fee, less any third-party costs already paid on your behalf. You are never left having paid for something we did not deliver.

The setup instalment plan. You can pay the setup fee upfront for 10% off, or spread it interest-free over 12 monthly instalments. That instalment plan is a 12-month commitment to pay for the build. It is not a minimum service term. If you leave after the 90-day guarantee has passed, the remaining setup instalments become due: the build was delivered, and it is yours.

Monthly management. Billed for each ongoing service period (the platform, hosting, AI, monitoring and management). There is no minimum term. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice. Fees for periods already delivered are not refundable.

What you keep. Your own accounts and data, your website, client records, email and domain, are yours and stay in your name at all times.
