Refund policy

Beaut-AI provides bespoke AI automation systems and ongoing management as a service to businesses. We do not sell physical products, so standard goods-return rules do not apply. The following governs setup fees and subscriptions; full terms are in the service agreement you sign before we begin.

Our go-live guarantee. Your setup fee covers building your system. We don't consider it delivered until your system is live and working to the scope we agreed. If we're unable to deliver a working system to that scope, we'll refund your setup fee, less any third-party costs already paid on your behalf. That means you're never left having paid for something we didn't deliver.

Once delivered. Once your system is live and working to scope, the setup fee is earned and payable — whether paid upfront or spread over instalments — because it reflects bespoke work completed for you.

Settling-in period. For the first 14 days after go-live, if the system genuinely isn't working for your business, tell us — we'll either put it right, or release you from the remaining minimum term. Where we release you, the setup fee for the system we built and any management already provided remain payable.

Monthly management. Billed for each ongoing service period (the platform, hosting, AI, monitoring and management). It runs on a 12-month minimum term from go-live, then continues monthly until cancelled with 30 days' notice. Fees for periods already delivered are not refundable.

What you keep. Your own accounts and data — your website, client records, email and domain — are yours and stay in your name at all times.
