Data Deletion

Beaut-AI Ltd ("Beaut-AI", "we") provides marketing and salon-management services. Where you have interacted with our services through a connected platform (such as Facebook or Instagram via our Meta app), we may hold data associated with your account or your business's account.

How to request deletion of your data

You can request deletion of any data we hold about you at any time:

• Email us at shane@beaut-ai.co.uk with the subject line "Data deletion request", telling us the platform account (e.g. Facebook/Instagram username or Page name) your request relates to.

We will confirm receipt within 48 hours, delete the associated data from our systems within 30 days, and send you written confirmation once it is complete.

What gets deleted

All personal data associated with your platform account held in our systems, including profile identifiers, content interactions and analytics attributable to you. Data we are legally required to retain (for example invoicing records) is kept only for the statutory period and only where applicable.
